The biggest in Ukraine EE loan was issued to Lutsk Homeowners Association
Ukrgasbank issued almost UAH 3.5 million loan for Homeowners Association “Tsentralna Vezha” (Central Tower) in Lutsk.

The loan will be spent for thermal modernization of HOA building: heat insulation of façade, installation of an Individual Heating Substation, installation of new energy efficient windows and doors in common spaces. Under the government program for energy efficiency Lutsk HOA will be reimbursed 40% for materials. Under the local program for energy efficiency HOA will be reimbursed part of loan interest.
So far this is the biggest loan in Ukraine issued for energy efficiency improvements.
