Kyiv homeowners associations and housing building cooperatives will be reimbursed for costs incurred with installation of photoelectric batteries and solar panels

70% of installation costs will be covered from the Kyiv City budget and 30% - by residents of multi-family dwellings with homeowners associations and housing building cooperatives.

According to the conditions of the "70/30" contest for the best energy efficient project that was launched by Kyiv City State Administration, winners will be offered an opportunity to install photoelectric batteries and solar panels and modernize electric equipment in their buildings and pay only 30% of relevant costs.

It is anticipated that 50-60 Kyiv homeowners associations and housing building cooperatives will participate in the "70/30" program.
