Reconstruction of engineering systems of the building

Replacement of single pipe flow heating systems with single pipe flow-regulated or two-pipe heating systems, with installation of thermostatic radiator valves on radiators;
Horizontal apartment-level heating systems with individual apartment heat meters;
Installation of automatic balancing valves on standpipes of heating systems in order to stabilize hydraulic operation of the heating system;
Modernization of heat units, with installation of automatic regulators of heat supply depending on outer temperature (weather regulators), installation of automatic individual heat substations;
Heat supply with prioritized hot water supply; façade systems with regulation of heat supply for heating purposes;
Shifting to individual automatic heating units;
Installation of circulation pipelines of the hot water supply system;
If no apartment level heat meters are installed, installation of building level heat meters on lead-ins to buildings;
Installation of radiators on staircases; radiators to be connected with the heating system;
Inspection, cleaning, and repairing of air flues in the building, installation of regulated shutters on air flues; individual regulation of air ventilation system; balancing air flues;
Installation of window fitments;
Installation of façade air ventilation intake shutters to have necessary air exchange in premises;
Installation of aerators and shower heads, use of thermostatic water mixers, implementation of the system of time controlled circulation pumps of hot water supply systems; frequency steering of pumps.
